ATL Music Lessons is your local music studio based out of Atlanta, GA, specifically serving the Decatur and Hapevill areas.

OUR TEACHERS ARE NOT JUST TEACHERS.

They’re coaches and mentors that are here to help you get to whatever level of musical stardom you’re dreaming of-- whether it’s getting into music college, or wow-ing a few friends at the Christmas party.

Our goal is to be the premier music education company by offering high quality private instruction, fantastic live events, and a safe, empowering community for musicians of all ages and skill levels to reach their highest potential and goals.

Meet the Director and Lead Instructor

 

Hi, I’m Aaron. A graduate of Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA, and owner of ATL Music Lessons, based in Atlanta.

I’ve been a musician since the age of 12. I started an after-school rock band program with some friends and the rest is history. That experience brought out my confidence, love for music, and my ability to express myself and connect with others. Over the years, my passion for music has led me to meeting my wife and closest friends, working as a composer’s assistant in the film industry to the incomparable William Ross (composer), playing incredible venues in a number of bands around the U.S, and to being a mentor and teacher to kids and adults who want music to play an important part in their lives.

Now, I get to share the magic of all of these incredible experiences with my ATL MUSIC LESSONS community. 

Back when I was 12 years old, I had no idea my fun rock band class would bring me to where I am now. With some passion, curiosity, and discipline, the sky really is the limit.

 
 

A Few Tidbits

 

DID YOU KNOW?

The first live concern Aaron ever attended was a KISS concert. The second live concert that Aaron attended was a KISS concert. Aaron was really into KISS growing up.

 

DID YOU KNOW?

Aaron has played a number of different instruments— trumpet, cello, drums, piano, bass…but his favorite will always be the electric guitar, because, well…it’s the coolest. Duh.

 

DID YOU KNOW?

Aaron was born and raised in Los Angeles, but really doesn’t care much for the beach. He moved to landlocked Atlanta, sight unseen.
