You’re a musician, you just don’t know it yet.

You sing along to your favorite songs. You tap your foot to the beat. You have all the tools, but you need a coach to show you how to use them.

That’s where I come in.

Hi, I’m Aaron, a graduate of the world-renowned Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA.

I’ve been a musician since the age of 12. I joined the after-school rock band program and the rest is history. That experience brought out my confidence, love for music, and my ability to express myself and connect with others.

Music is fun, energetic, relaxing, and...awesome! above all, it can be transformative. As you commit to learning a new instrument, you’ll find that it gives you a sense of accomplishment, a boost of confidence, and a versatile skill set that can create so many opportunities.

Here at ATL Music Lessons, I meet you where you are and begin building a bridge from your current skill level to your personal and professional musical goals.

  • We determine which instrument(s) you’d like to learn and if that choice suits your needs and goals

  • I take time to learn your musical tastes and find the pieces that strike the perfect balance between fun and challenging

  • I provide guidance with practice tools and suggestions, but also give you the tools and freedom you need to develop as your own musician

music is personal, and my primary goal is to teach you to teach yourself.

Whether you’re an aspiring singer-songwriter looking to improve your playing skills for professional opportunities, an aspiring YouTube star, or a parent looking to fill your “me time” with something fun and relaxing, I’m here to bring out your inner musician.

guitar - piano - ukulele - bass - recording

Aaron picked up the guitar at age 12 and never looked back. He’s been playing in bands, both in and out school, since then. He attended Berklee College of Music, where he graduated with Dean’s list status in the fall of 2014. Since graduation, Aaron has spent much of his time working for acclaimed composer/arranger William Ross in his Santa Monica studio. As a performer, Aaron has played at such venues as The New England Music Awards, The Public Theater (NYC), The Kirk Douglas Theater (LA), and The Hotel Cafe (Hollywood). Through all of this time, Aaron has nurtured his love of teaching and sharing music with others. After moving to Atlanta in 2017, Aaron decided to focus on teaching, and thus, ATL Music Lessons was born. Aaron’s goal is to develop well-rounded, smart, and happy musicians who are just as excited to sit down and play as he is.
